RLB provided services to King Fahad Medical City and the KSA Ministry of Health for three elements of the King Fahad Medical City development:
- A new 65,000 square-metre, seven-storey office building consisting of space for laboratories and physicians
- A 165,000 square-metre, 600-bed hospital for the National Neuroscience Centre and Cancer, Cardiac and Proton Therapy Centre
- A new 9,000 square-metre, four-storey, purpose-built Cochlear Implant Centre.
- A new 65,000 square-metre, seven-storey office building consisting of space for laboratories and physicians
- A 165,000 square-metre, 600-bed hospital for the National Neuroscience Centre and Cancer, Cardiac and Proton Therapy Centre
- A new 9,000 square-metre, four-storey, purpose-built Cochlear Implant Centre.
This 250,000 square-metre project is currently under construction.
