Premier logisitics hub bringing 5,000 new jobs to the area

IPORT

iPort is South Yorkshire’s premier logistics hub.

This multimodal inland port on the M18 just outside Doncaster offers built-to-suit warehousing opportunities combined with a range of speculatively development units, all to a market leading standard with an excellent local workforce and 52 MVA power supply. It has exceptional transport connections and a dedicated multimodal rail freight terminal on site, with state-of-the-art facilities for connections across the rest of the UK and into Europe.
RLB UK is providing project management services, cost management, employer’s agent, and CDMA services.
Over 278,000 square metres has already been committed, with Fellowes, CEVA, Lidl and Amazon already operational at the site. When fully developed, iPort will bring up to 5,000 new jobs to the area. In addition to new warehousing, Verdion has invested in enhancing surrounding landscape and wildlife habitats, working in partnership with the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust.
