D3 CREATIVE COMMUNITY

Designed by Foster + Partners, Dubai Design District, also known as d3, is a purpose built community dedicated to promoting and nurturing emerging local talent while also providing a creative home to established international design, luxury and fashion brands.

The 60,000 square metre site offers commercial, residential and hospitality real estate as well as unique retail spaces, F&B, an amphitheatre and a convention center.

As part of the design team, RLB provided pre- and post-contract cost management services.
