As part of Plan Capital 2030, this 12.5 million square-metre site will become a new sustainable community.

The innovative design features five villages, each arranged around its own neighbourhood centre, with a mosque, market square and local shops.

The central mosque has an Estidama 2 Pearl construction rating. And nearly 6000 villas will have a distinctive, contemporary style that preserves local traditions.

RLB is acting as cost consultant, to manage and coordinate all cost and commercial management aspects of the project.
