Stephen is a Director of RLB in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) with over 29 years’ proven track record of success in the Construction sector, specialising in Hospitality, Commercial, Residential and Petro & Biochemical projects including multibillion-dollar contracts in North America, UK, and KSA.

He is skilled in the day to day management of a wide range of contracts with a flair for reviewing programme wide issues and reporting succinctly on the overall status of cost and time in a manner that gives clients the confidence that all aspects of their project are being robustly managed.

Stephen has strong leadership, team building and motivational training and coaching. Stephen is proactive with total commitment to streamlining and controlling costs focussed on corporate values and objectives and strategic planning to directly impact the success, growth and the overall profitability of the business.

Stephen is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
