Seb Davies is a Director of RLB in the Middle East and is responsible for the delivery of our technical Cost Management services in the UAE. Seb has been providing expert advice on a wide range of construction projects in the UK and UAE since 2009. Since joining RLB in 2016, Seb’s extensive experience in managing all phases of a project life cycle in the fields of quantity surveying, cost planning and contract management has enabled the successful delivery of major projects across diverse sectors.
Seb also leads RLB’s Digital Services in the region and plays a pivotal role, in collaboration with the global development team, to advance the company’s in-house software. This includes RLB’s 3D Measurement programme and cloud-based post contract and benchmarking platform. He also supports the company’s efforts in the development of carbon calculations and life cycle cost models.
Seb holds a Bachelor of Science in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying from Loughborough University and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
