Eric Fong

Eric Fong serves as Chairman of RLB’s North Asia region responsible for Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China and South Korea offices. He is also a director of RLB’s Global Board.

Joining RLB in Hong Kong in 1994, Eric has almost 30 years of experiences in the United Kingdom, Hong Kong and Mainland China, delivering many large-scale and landmark projects in commercial, residential, mixed-used, theme park and tall-building developments.

Eric has played a key role in expanding RLB’s business in Hong Kong and Mainland China and acquired extensive knowledge of construction and project development processes. He has led the development and implementation of innovative solutions and best practices to enhance project efficiency and ensure project success. Eric has a proven track record in building and nurturing strong client relationships, resulting in high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.

Eric is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, a China Registered Cost Engineer and a registered professional surveyor (Quantity Surveying Division) in Hong Kong. He is also a guest lecturer at the University of Hong Kong. He earned a Master of Science in Construction Management from the University of Reading in the United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University with commendation.
