This recognition is well-deserved. Under Sam’s leadership, RLB has made significant strides in securing projects on many of the region’s landmark developments. His strategic vision has been instrumental in expanding RLB’s Project Management arm and Built Asset Consultancy, as well as launching sustainability services that empower regional clients to measure and reduce the carbon footprint of their projects.

In addition, RLB’s recent carbon-neutral accreditation in the UAE and Qatar set a benchmark for corporate environmental responsibility and signified an important milestone in RLB’s journey to becoming net-zero by 2030.

Under Sam’s direction, RLB has also spearheaded multiple CSR initiatives including its annual Ramadan Box Appeal, sports networking events, and commitments to environmental stewardship, setting an important example of conscientious leadership within the industry. The Power 150 feature also recognises Sam’s role as a regular moderator and speaker at industry events, where he promotes collaboration and innovation within the construction sector.

RLB congratulates Sam on this well-deserved accolade!
