For the past few years, RLB’s Dubai office has embraced the spirit of giving back during Ramadan. In partnership with Companies for Good, the team recently came together to pack care packages for the city’s labourers, demonstrating a commitment to community support and solidarity.
These thoughtfully assembled care packages contained essential hygiene products, including toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorants, and soaps. Once packed, these items were then delivered to workers across the city, ensuring they have access to basic necessities that contribute to their wellbeing.
Managing Director, Sam Graham, shared his thoughts on this annual tradition:
Ramadan is a time for reflection and compassion, reminding us of the importance of supporting one another. I’m happy that we continue to uphold this tradition, year after year, by extending a helping hand to those in need. Through these care packages, we aim to provide essential items and express our gratitude for the hard work and dedication of the labourers in our community.
Not only does this initiative provide much-needed support to labourers but it also fosters a sense of unity within the RLB team. By participating in this meaningful activity, RLB’s Dubai office exemplifies values of generosity and care that are central to the spirit of Ramadan.
The initiative also underscores one of RLB’s new core values, that of ‘Together’, highlighting the importance of collaboration and collective effort in making a positive impact.
