Sam has played a transformative role in RLB’s journey, guiding the company as it helps to deliver some of the region’s most iconic projects.
Under his leadership, RLB in the Middle East has expanded its project management and built asset consultancy services and, more recently, launched regional carbon estimating services, integrating sustainability into cost assessments to support a more sustainable future for the built environment.
