UMM RAMOOL DEVELOPMENT

The project plot is located to the south of Dubai International Airport and covers an area of approximately 193,170 sqm which previously housed industrial / light industrial units for a pipe manufacturer.

Um Ramool is a mixed use development which consists of 427,000m2 of office space, 207,000m2 for logistics units covering, 176,000m2 for infrastructure and 220,000m2 for parking.

The project is divided into three clusters: Office Park, Central Park and Logistics Park, which are designed to strategically achieve environmental and investment sustainability.

Rider Levett Bucknall have provided pre contract cost management services and post contract enabling works on Um Ramool Development.
