VIVA BAHRIYA TOWERS

The Pearl is located in the State of Qatar, on reclaimed land and extends over an area equal to 400 hectares.

It is a unique development which includes villas and multi-family residential dwellings, retail shopping areas and restaurants, hotels, recreational facilities, community centres and parks. Viva Bahriya Towers project is a mid to high end residential development of four number towers on Viva Bahriya.

Given our successful engagement in the procurement of project works, RLB was nominated to carry out Cost and Contract Management services for the construction phase of all 4 towers.
