Based in Beijing, Simon Tuen is a Director of RLB’s North Asia region, with specific responsibility for our Beijing and Shenyang offices.
Beginning his career with RLB in 1991, Simon’s management expertise and skill as a quantity surveyor, has helped deliver major projects across Hong Kong and Mainland China.
