  • Market and industry benchmarking– Stay informed on industry trends, competitor positioning, and government procurement standards to continuously improve our bids and ensure RLB remains a market leader.
  • Brand and quality control – Ensure all submissions adhere to RLB’s brand, content strategy, and business positioning while maintaining a strong content library for efficiency and consistency.
  • Continuous improvement and innovation – Identify opportunities to enhance bid quality, improve processes, and incorporate new tools and techniques to strengthen RLB’s positioning.

About you

  • Data and benchmarking–focused: You can research, track industry trends, and report on competitor benchmarks to ensure that RLB’s submissions remain best in class.
  • Collaborative and relationship-driven– You thrive in a team environment, engaging with Directors, national bid teams, and subject matter experts to develop high-impact bids.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented– You can efficiently and precisely manage multiple deadlines, competing priorities, and complex bid schedules.
