PARK SQUARE
Park Square will see four blocks featuring 329 apartments in the centre of Milton Keynes.
Park Square is a brownfield regeneration of the former Wyevale Garden Centre which laid derelict for 15 years at Avebury Boulevard, Milton Keynes. It is centrally located alongside key companies’ major offices including supermarkets, car companies and Network Rail. The project is being funded by Corebridge Real Estate Investors.
The scheme comprises a central landscaped courtyard with public art from David Harber, fitness studio, residents lounge, and co-working space, flexible commercial space and basement car park and will see a range of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) utilised to shorten the construction timescale and innovatively boost site safety.
The apartments are aiming to achieve an EPC Rating of B, which will include smart metering within apartments, solar PV and electric vehicle charging, as well as reaching a High Quality Mark (HQM) rating of 3 stars.
The project anticipated completion date is August 2024.
