New-build hyperscale data centres across two sites in Europe.

RLB provided pre-and post-contract cost management to the two sites. The robust planning and controlling of costs ensured that the project remained within the client’s budget.

The Denmark site comprises two buildings. The first is a double bar data centre of 57,000m² that provides 32MW, and the other is a single bar data centre of 35,000m² that provides 32MW. These two buildings utilise the indirect adiabatic cooling method of cooling.

The site in Sweden is a single bar data centre comprising of 48,000m² that provides 35MW and utilises a direct evaporative cooling method.
