Upgrading work spaces for the future

MARSTON'S HQ

RLB has been appointed to the refurbishment of the Marston's PLC headquarters in Wolverhampton.

The extension and refurbishment of existing premises will provide an upgraded work environment for 350 employees.
This eight million-pound project is 3,716 square metres in size.
RLB has worked with Marston’s over the last six years on its national New Build Program, to deliver 120 family restaurants.
As part of the multi-discipline acquisition and delivery team, RLB provided customised services, including technical and commercial site evaluation, project management, risk mitigation, commercial negotiation, and technical support in legal matters.
