The Atomic Weapons Establishment is at the heart of UK Defence.

A Manage and Operate contract was let by the Ministry of Defence in 2000. RLB’s role was to carry out contractual and commercial due diligence work.
A program of new build, refurbishment, and infrastructure projects is required over the next 25 years.
These projects are highly confidential, ranging in value from £500,000 to £500 million.
Since 2000, RLB has been supporting project delivery teams with commercial, cost management, and project controls expertise.
RLB is process mapping the planned project delivery process.
Our auditors are engaged to audit and verify contractor ‘actual’ cost on cost-plus contracts.
RLB developed software to help with the administration of contracts, particularly NEC3. We maintain and support this system, which is set up across all projects.
