Steve Gillingham is a Partner of RLB in the UK and Regional Director.
He has over 25 years of experience as a Chartered Surveyor. Having worked on commercial offices and corporate real estate in London, and managed regional businesses in the public sector, he now has responsibility for Key Account Management, National Commissions and the North West & Northern Ireland offices.
Steve specialises in commercial projects and well as frameworks, public sector, regeneration, local and central government and Public Private Partnerships.
As well as project delivery, Steve has a great deal of experience of client relationship management including frameworks and significant programmes of work. He understands the need to ensure consistency and value for money and will drive improved performance. He also facilitates strategic risk reviews and lessons learned because he is passionate about continuous improvement.
His interest in driving positive change within the industry extends to supporting its future workforce, and he chairs the regional advisory group for Common Purpose.
Steve is based in our Manchester office and is engaged in promoting infrastructure and construction as a catalyst for levelling up. He is also a regular commentator in trade and regional press.
Steve is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from Kingston University.
