Paul Sambrook

Paul Sambrook is a Partner of RLB in the UK and the national residential sector lead. He is responsible for market leadership, company strategy and direction in this sector; across our core services of cost management, project management and building surveying.

Paul has over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry, working with major blue-chip residential developers, national house builders, investors and public sector regeneration specialists.

Residential is a key sector for RLB, with areas of expertise including residential towers, residential led mixed-use, the private rental sector, regeneration schemes and affordable housing. In the last 5 years, Paul has been actively involved in schemes providing over 20,000 homes with a value in excess of £3 billion.

Paul is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
