Jason Brownlee joined RLB in 2001 as a graduate from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh with a First-Class Honours degree in Building Surveying.
Having spent five years at RLB’s London office, he relocated to Manchester in 2008 where he was promoted to Partner and then promoted to Head of Building Surveying in 2012. He has achieved substantial regional growth in recent years, leading the office openings of new RLB offices in Liverpool, Belfast and most recently, Edinburgh. Jason is also a key leader within the Built Asset Consultancy team and responsible for service expansion into Europe.
With over 20 years’ experience as a Chartered Surveyor, Jason is an expert in Asset Management and Estate Optimisation and uses digital solutions to inform the outcome with a focus on sustainability and Net Zero. He has worked across the commercial, public, education and custodial sectors and has significant experience of client relationship management including frameworks and is a firm believer that a partnering approach ensures universal co-operation and collaborative working and a successful project outcome.
