Bates has worked in Romania since 2004 and has developed rapidly in the local market due to the demand for our services. Bates Romania consists of 12 experienced specialists and more than 30 engineers including HVAC engineers, WS engineers, electrical engineers and licensed valuators. Their specialists have expertise in fields such as geodesy, geology, environment, fire safety and fuel technology.
Services range from full design, including preliminary and standard detailed design, to all construction management related services including permitting coordination, design management, tendering and project procurement to site supervision, cost planning and control, project commissioning and project closeout.
Their team has extensive local experience and has completed individual project elements with values of up to 10-million euros. We maintain a network of associates in all major cities across Romania.
