RLB has been collaborating and supporting UK clients in delivering best practice within Northern Ireland for over five years and in 2021 invested further by opening a permanent office space to grow local and national commissions. We are proud to be part of a new optimism and activity within Belfast that also sees the Belfast Region City Deal and an estimated 6% growth by 2022.
It is also key for us to work with the community and support the local economy within Belfast as well as the wider market within Northern Ireland.
Our new office has enabled a number of the RLB team born in Northern Ireland to relocate back to the city as well as recruit those already living locally.
With our global breadth of experience and local knowledge, we believe we will be able to strengthen our offering to clients across our range of services and sectors, including quantity surveying/ cost management, project management and programme management across a broad of sectors including healthcare, residential and education.
