Leading construction, property and management consultant, Rider Levett Bucknall UK, has evolved its Building Surveying service to offer solutions that optimise performance of built assets across the life cycle under one service line – the Built Asset Consultancy team.
Led by RLB Partner Steven Reynolds, the multidisciplinary team has continued its strong start of the year with the strategic appointment of two new Partners in Edward James, whose previous role was Head of London Building Consultancy at Cushman & Wakefield and Puneet Vedhera who was previously a Partner at Knight Frank.
Following 13 years at C&W, Ed comes to RLB with a proven track record of leadership, having driven the team’s growth in revenue and profit year-on-year and has worked alongside a multi-disciplinary team including building surveyors, project managers, quantity surveyors, mechanical and electrical engineers and a sustainability team. Ed has worked across all spectrums of building surveying services, throughout the UK and Europe, acting on behalf of public and private sector clients.

Following almost a decade at Knight Frank and previous experience at Deloitte Real Estate, Puneet has specialised in large portfolio instructions and complex estates providing project management and surveying services on a national basis ensuring high quality outputs and commercially adept technical advice within demanding timescales. His experience is pan-sector and includes healthcare, education, industrial, commercial, retail and leisure, in both the public and private sectors with a diverse range of clients from various professional backgrounds, such as asset and investment management firms, healthcare operators, social and residential housing providers, charities, landlords and occupiers.
