After receiving the bronze TIDEmark award last year, RLB UK has progressed to winning the silver TIDEmark award for 2022.
Talent Inclusion and Diversity Evaluation (TIDE) is enei’s self-assessment evaluation and benchmarking tool which measures an organisation’s approach and progress on diversity and inclusion (D&I) in the following areas:
- Your workforce
- Strategy and plan
- Leadership and accountability
- Recruitment and attraction
- Training and development
- Other employment practices
- Communication and engagement
- Procurement
TIDE supports flexible and inclusive management of D&I, moving away from strand specific language and approach, allowing organisations like RLB to focus on the areas that will make the most difference.
