With diversity, equity and inclusion at the heart of RLB’s core values, the RLB team was delighted to be honoured with not one, but two, awards at the prestigious Black Professionals in Construction (BPIC) awards.

RLB’s REACH (Race, Ethnicity and Cultural Heritage) Community was recognised as the ‘Best Internal Race Network’ and RLB’s Head of Talent Acquisition, Sanda Mpanza, took the ‘BPIC Champion’ award for his efforts in promoting the built environment to a new generation and driving initiatives to make it a more inclusive place to work.

The annual BPIC awards recognise industry organisations that enhance the representation of ethnic minorities in the built environment and ones that cultivating a diverse workforce, making positive change.

Sarah Draper, RLB’s People and Culture Director for UK and Europe comments:
