RLB is proud to be positioned in the top 50 employers of veterans in the recent Great British Employers of Veterans in the UK for 2024.
The award recognises organisations that celebrate the Armed Forces community and who support them in building a meaningful second career. With many transferrable skills from technical proficiency in electrical, mechanical engineering, strategic and tactical planning and leadership skills as well as respect for diverse perspectives, cultures and backgrounds, many veterans suit a career with the built environment.
RLB introduced an Armed Forces community last year, that meets bimonthly for those who were in service to transition to the civilian world, share past experiences as well as providing support to the families of serving personnel. The company also offers a paid for CSR day where employees can spend a day giving back to the armed forces community.
