In January, RLB officially launched its Built Asset Consultancy offering, an evolution of the Building Surveying service to offer solutions that optimise performance of built assets across the life cycle. Led by RLB Partner Steven Reynolds, the national team is more reflective of the diverse service offering required to address client needs to optimise estate performance and expenditure, to deliver a sustainable estate fit for the future.
This multidisciplinary service is made up of building surveyors, architectural and MEP designers, fire consultants and decarbonisation experts, the team offers solutions to manage planned maintenance, asset life cycle, technical due diligence, and statutory compliance.
This evolving service line includes a multitude of supplementary services which focuses around five key service pillars which include Strategic Asset Management, Project Delivery, Professional Advisory Solutions, Fire Advisory Solutions, Decarbonisation Delivery and Asset Investment & PFI Solutions.
