RLB UK is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Sivell as Head of Cost Management – Birmingham.
The appointment is a significant hire for the Colmore Row office and business, demonstrating further investment in the growing team which has achieved a 15% increase in turnover YOY. This significant growth has been driven by the performance of key sectors including Industrial & Logistics, where RLB has been working collaboratively on local projects with key regional clients.
Mike Sivell joins from Mace, where he was Operations Director and has over 20 years’ worth of experience in the cost management and built environment arena, having led projects such as the Longbridge Town Centre development in Birmingham. The Midlands is ready to cement its position as the UK’s second city with its plans for regeneration and innovation being brought to life with projects such as HS2 opening links across the UK and the Commonwealth Games showcasing what the region has to offer. Strengthening our Birmingham team at this time is key to maximising all the available opportunities and by bringing in new talent we are able to further leverage the existing expertise in support of our ambitious plans for growth over the next decade.”
Mike Sivell continues, “Having worked in the Midlands for most of my career, I know RLB well and admire the quality of their team and service offering with the holistic solutions they provide to their clients.
