We had the pleasure of hosting the Black Professionals in Construction (BPIC) award launch in the RLB’s London offices last week, that aim to spotlight the rich tapestry of talent within our industry.
RLB’s Global Chair and Chief Executive of UK & Europe, Andrew Reynolds meets regularly with BPIC founder, Amos Simbo, to talk about the industry, how RLB can support BPIC and the larger industry opportunities to break down barriers to equality and encourage underrepresented groups to seek careers in the built environment.
The BPIC Network is a pivotal force in the built environment sector, collaborating with industry organisations to enhance the representation of ethnic minorities and social value. It is committed to fostering careers and partnering with entities dedicated to cultivating a diverse workforce with a vision aimed to drive positive change.
“Nurturing a diverse and inclusive workforce is an issue that we feel passionately about at RLB and one that we know is critical to the success of our business. I would encourage everyone to look at and nominate colleagues for the 2024 awards and look forward to hearing about the great talent rewarded through the awards.”
Andrew Reynolds, Global Chair and Chief Executive of UK & Europe
