Rees Westley has nearly 20 years’ worth of experience in the industry, previously holding roles with Business Critical Solutions, Aecom, Skanska Utilities and McNicholas Plc. Having directly contributed to major utility projects for statutory undertakers in the UK and Ireland, Rees possesses an in-depth understanding of the utility market, its stakeholders, and the needs of consumers. His expertise lies in developing tailor-made and dynamic strategies that address the technical, regulatory, and commercial aspects of delivering utility infrastructure for diverse developments, maximising whole lifecycle efficiencies and mitigating cost and programme risks while minimising environmental impact.
