Tony Kinsella

Over the last 20 years, Tony has worked in the education sector, and has developed a great deal of expertise in helping shape clients’ expectations, providing added value, and maximising performance. His career has encompassed a wide range of professional services, including condition surveys, feasibility studies, dilapidation surveys, equality audits, and party wall issues.

Tony has successfully helped schools secure over £100 million in funding through the Priority Schools Building Programme, selective schools expansion funding, Condition Improvement Funding, and Salix finance. He helps schools formulate strategic plans to manage their built assets and maximise planned work activities within budgets.
