WE WILL INVEST IN DEVELOPING YOU AND YOUR CAREER

We provide everyone who works for us with tailored training programmes and career pathways to support their Continuous Professional Development (CPD). At all stages of your career, we will help you to learn technical skills, develop specialist knowledge and adopt industry best practice. We will also teach you the soft skills and behaviours you will need to succeed.

Your individual learning and development plan will encompass face-to-face and online training, CPD learning events to promote technical learning, sponsorship to achieve professional qualifications, and opportunities to work on diverse projects to broaden your experience.

We will further support your career development through our in-house mentoring and reverse mentoring programmes. Mandatory learning is also provided on topics ranging from health and safety to business ethics.

GAIN YOUR PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS WITH US

You will be encouraged and sponsored to achieve professional qualifications essential to your role and your development.

These include technical qualifications from relevant institutions such as the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Association of Project Management (APM), National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH), Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), and Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA).

We will also offer colleagues support to gain non-technical professional qualifications awarded by the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Association of Accounting Technicians and other leading professional bodies.
