Together, we provide project management, cost management and consultancy services. Services include development and construction consultancy, budgeting and cost management, conceptual design, basic and detail design, procurement, construction supervision, project management and commissioning. As well as support with planning, building and operational permits.
Established in 2001, Bates Serbia is a team of over 30 professionals and more than 50 engineers on a contract basis, with the ability to handle projects of various sizes, including those of national importance.
Bates Serbia works in all major cities including Belgrade, Novi Sad, Nis, and Kragujevac maintaining a wide network of local associates around the country.
Key projects include; Belgrade Waterfront (Master Plan and Infrastructure), Old Mill Hotel, Ernst and Young Offices, Delta Planet, and the Hyatt Hotel in Belgrade.
