Bates has gained extensive experience including the entry strategy for Shell, design and project management for INA and MOL and pre-project works and appraisals on Coca Cola factories. Their experience also includes many other projects in the office, hospitality and industrial sectors.
Key projects include; the Belgrade Waterfront (Masterplan and Infrastructure), the reconstruction of Golubac Fortress, and Kotor Cablecar.
