Frans De Jager

Frans de Jager is a founding member and Director of RLB Pentad. He is a professional quantity surveyor with 30 years’ experience.

His particular areas of expertise include corporate head offices, retail developments and motor dealerships. He also specialises in managing high-value and flagship projects. Frans also focuses on the development of skills and services within the company, and the quantity surveying profession.

Frans is registered with the South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession, and is a member of the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Institute of Namibian Quantity Surveyors, and the South African Council of Shopping Centres.
