Dean Mann

Dean is a Director of RLB in the Middle East who oversees our business in Qatar. Starting his career in 2000, Dean is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with significant major projects experience supporting both clients and design teams.

With experience across both the UK and the Middle East, Dean brings expertise in stakeholder engagement and commercial management across all aspects of complex construction projects, from feasibility to completion. His project highlights include Msheireb Downtown Doha and Heathrow Airport.

Dean is currently an organising committee member of the TALK Qatar industry networking group and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying from Loughborough University.
