Stephen Gracey is the Managing Director of RLB in Auckland, a Director of RLB in Otago and Chairman of the Oceania Risk Committee.
He is responsible for the overall direction of the Auckland, Hamilton and Tauranga offices, including business development, client relations and project leadership.
Joining RLB in 1994, Stephen is New Zealand’s PPP specialist, with extensive experience in infrastructure, health, prison, tertiary education, large office and retail developments as well as projects in the Pacific Islands region.
