THE ENCLAVES AT NORTHPOINT
The Enclaves at Northpoint is a community which features a park-like setting with a total area of 33 hectares.
More than five hectares is allocated for greeneries and landscape spaces. Sixty-four percent of the lots are facing green medians measuring about 5 to 40 meters long and 4 to 6 meters wide.
Other lots are specially designed to either faced a 12 to 20 meter tree lined main road, a 3 to 6 meter wide river park or the two hectare community park.
The Enclaves at Northpoint’s amenities and facilities include a Social Hall, Multi-purpose Court, Indoor Fitness Area, Swimming Pool with Kiddie Pool, d an Indoor Play Area. The Rider Levett Bucknall Philippines Inc. provided Quantity Surveying services to it.
