Redevelopment of Singapore’s largest private tertiary institution

SIM CAMPUS REDEVELOPMENT

Rolled out in two phases, the redevelopment of SIM has transformed the campus into the largest private tertiary institution in Singapore, with an annex building housing more than 60 lecture theatres, seminar rooms and computer laboratories.

The campus is also equipped with facilities such as a multipurpose sports hall, a performing arts complex, specialised laboratories and a rooftop tennis court.

The development is a recipient of the BCA Green Mark Gold Award.

RLB provided quantity surveying services for Phase 1 and project management services for Phase 2 of the redevelopment.
