PARKVIEW GREEN FANGCAODI
The development consists of four buildings in a sunken garden, nine metres below the surrounding street level.
All buildings are separated by an L-shaped, 24-metre wide, natural-light-filled atrium, with sky gardens, terraces and bridges between them. All shielded from the external environment by an envelope constructed of steel, glass and air-filled ETFE cushions. This acts as the protective layer that controls the microclimate of the entire development.
Parkview Green, the first building in the Asia Pacific region to receive a LEED Dynamic Plaque and a LEED-CS Platinum Certification, is a mixed-use development with Grade A office space, a six-star hotel and retail facilities.
Most of the office units have direct access to sky gardens, landscaped bridges and terraces that provide much of the ‘outdoor’ workspaces.
