ONE ISLAND EAST
One Island East is the tallest building in the eastern area of Hong Kong Island.
The 70-storey office skyscraper consists of over 140,000 square metres gross floor area, and is an extension of Swire Properties’ Island East investment portfolio.
The project was aided by a 3-D BIM system. RLB successfully prepared the bills of quantities by using the BIM system provided by the client. This is the first project in Hong Kong to use such high-tech software.
