NCL CENTER OF EXCELLENCE MANILA
The Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) Center of Excellence in Manila is a 200, 000 square foot facility that will serve as training center for both new and existing crew.
It is designed “to provide trainess wit realistic work and living experiences aboard a cruise ship”. The training center includes replicas of statetooms, shipboard galley, casino floor, full-service bar as well as safety and security training areas.
The NCL is regarded as the third largest cruise line in the world, with a global fleet of 26 ships carrying over 2.5 million guests a year. The Rider Levett Bucknall Philippines Inc. provided Project/Construction Management and Quantity Surveying services to it.
