MOUNT BATULAO ARTSCAPES
Batulao artscapes is a 140-hectare development located along the Tagaytay-Nasugbu highway in Nasugbu, Batangas.
It is an expansive “artventure”community and a liveable artpark.
More than 50 percent of the land will be converted to a residential community which will be divided into five villages. These villages include the cluster, the commune, the collection, the collective, and the curated, all equiped with their own set of amenities.
The other half will be dedicated for public amenities including art museums, food parks, sports and wellness parks, clubhouses and pavillions.
Batulao Artscapes partnered with Revolution Precrafted, a collection of limited edition, pre-crafted properties, including homes and pavilions, introduced by design and real-estate developer Robbie Antonio. The partnership featured designer homes crafted by notable Filipino and international designers and architects, such as Eduardo Calma, Kenneth Cobonpue, Bugji Layug and Royal Pineda, Daphne Guiness, and Studio Libeskind Design.
The Rider Levett Bucknall Philippines Inc. provided Quantity Surveying services to it.
