KAI TAK SPORTS PARK
Occupying 28 hectares of land, the project of the Sports Park is delivered as a Design-Build-Operate (DBO) contract.
The Park comprises a multi-purpose main stadium with a spectator capacity of 50,000 seats; a public sports ground with a spectator capacity of 5,000 seats, a 400-m athletics track, an indoor sports centre consisting of a main arena with a spectator capacity of 10,000 seats and a secondary arena with a spectator capacity of 500 seats; and extensive public open space of more than 8 hectares.
