CYBERPORT

Cyberport is created in two sections: the Cyberport and the Residential sections.

The Cyberport section includes intelligent offices, conference and shared IT/IS facilities, a Cybermall with retail, education and entertainment facilities and a hotel.

Developed by the government and Pacific Century Group on a site area of 240,000 square metres, the Cyberport section is about 160,000 square metres. Developed in six phases, the Residential section of 375,000 square metres of gross floor area, provides around 3,000 units.

RLB worked with the project team through procurement strategy and cost monitoring processes to keep within the construction budget.
