This involved creating the largest shopping centre in the Eastern District of Hong Kong Island, that connects to office towers and transportation.
The project includes 103,000 square metres of retail space, for more than 150 shops and restaurants, an ice-skating rink and over 830 parking spaces.
The office towers and Cityplaza Three and Four connect to the hub by footbridges and an air-conditioned walkway to the MTR Tai Koo Shing Station.
