CHEUNG KONG CENTRE
Architects Leo A Daly, Cesar Pelli and Hsin Yieh create a building enclosed in a sheath of reflective glass, interwoven with stainless steel.
An optic lighting system illuminates the building at night.
Located in the heart of Central – the financial business district, Cheung Kong Centre is a 62-storey office tower built on the site of the Hong Kong Hilton.
Its height of 290 metres was in keeping with the glide plane between the Bank of China and HSBC towers.
