This project is anticipated to be completed in 2025 and is one of the most significant landmark developments to be built in Chengdu.

Situated next to the historic Jin Jiang Hotel, it includes a podium, three residential towers, two office towers, the hotel tower and five basement levels. The two office towers are designed to achieve LEED Gold certification.

The six-storey podium will have a gross floor area of about 86,000 square metres, consisting of restaurants, flagship fashion stores, luxury stores, cinema and cultural centre.

Soaring 150 metres high, the two office towers have a gross floor area of 120,000 square metres and are designed to achieve LEED Gold certification.

At 135 metres high, the hotel has a gross floor area of 49,000 square metres.

Three residential towers, ranging from 140 to 150 meters high, have a gross floor area of 90,000 square metres and offer 673 high-end apartments.
