The 36-storey Grade A office tower is designed to provide an a first-class environment for a mix of international Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies operating in the Philippines.

The tower rising around 170 meters above the city is inspired by patterns and rhytms asscociated with coding, digital technology, and data processing.

The tower also features a passive façade design, usable green roofs, energy saving lighting, solar water heating, heat pumps. An integration of solar panels and water recycling were also featured throughout the building design.

It was was developed by BPE Asia Real Estate Fund, L.P.. The Rider Levett Bucknall Philippines Inc. provides Quantity surverying services to it.
